Walmer Lodge proprietors are both professionally qualified and experienced in providing caring services. Mr Khan is a Registered Mental Health Professional and has over 30 years of experience in Mental Health Care provision and is also a Business Entrepreneur. Mr Chunara is a qualified Social Worker who has over 15 years of experience in Practice Management. He also holds a Diploma in Community Work and an MA in Social Work and Social Care.

Walmer Lodge employ a registered manager and full complement of care staff to provide twenty-four hour care. We provide a balanced complement of staff which includes a good gender mix, multi-lingual communication, socially aware and sensitive to the needs and issues affecting service users from differing backgrounds, ethnicity and abilities. All our staff have access to training and support through regular supervision and in line with Care Standards.
